Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Refund/Return:
  Fees once paid will not be refunded or returned. No installment scheme is allowed. We can stop all services if the fee is not paid in full.
• Exchange:
  The service subscribed for or paid for cannot be exchanged or interchanged with any other services.
• Cancellation:
  There will be no cancellation once the payment is made. Fees once paid will not be refunded or returned.
• Pricing:
  The prices and the plans provided by Uwezo Learning are fixed for each service that we provide. Customers are not allowed to customize the services among the plans unless explicit written approval is given by Uwezo Learning.

UWEZO Learning Inc reserves all the rights to cancel the service or terminate the services once it is out of tenure or due to any other valid reasons (including after payment).
