A strict yet empathetic disciplinarian, Raj ensures that students stay on track, whether it's SAT, GRE or College Applications. It's this discipline that results in 25% of Uwezo students scoring 1500 or above consistently in the SAT. A believer in every student's potential, Raj works with them to achieve their goals by motivating them to enter top universities. He mentors students in entrepreneurship and out-of-the-box thinking. He holds a Bachelors in Computer Science and a Graduate degree in Business from University of Illinois. He also has algorithmic patents to his credit from the US Patents Office, and is a member of AICTE.

Neerada's mastery of the college admissions process is equaled only by her patience and diligence. As the Chief Counselor – and cofounder - Neerada has successfully placed hundreds of students into top universities around the world including the Ivies. Her passion and compassion have earned her accolades from students and parents alike. Neerada holds dual-Masters Degrees – MS in Computer Science from The American University in the USA, and an MCA from Central University. Neerada has over 25 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies which has equipped her with strong mentoring skills.

Raj exercises his passion for academia by training students in SAT, ACT and counseling them in college admissions. Raj knows that today's students need a well-rounded education to survive in a “flat” world. With this mantra he co-founded Uwezo, in 2011. As a staunch advocate of leadership, soft skills and the saying “EQ over IQ”, Raj heads Uwezo’s College Prep - PoM (Peace of Mind) program. He is well known for his proclivity for English and a preeminent skill for helping students produce outstanding essays. Raj has a bachelors in computer science and a master’s in business, both in the USA.
